1-  I am a website visitor :

If you simply browse the website without undertaking any specific action, you are qualified as a visitor. In that case, we only collect personal data related to audience measurement cookies if you explicitly accept their storage.

For this purpose, processed data are :

Digitalent is the data controller according to article 4 GDPR because the company defines the means and purposes of data processing. Google Analytics is the data co-controller.

Digitalent’s CEO and Google Analytics are the only entities that access this data. They are stored for a 6 months period from the date of their deposit.

2-  I am a prospect :

A– If you contact us in order to know more about our products and services, you are qualified as a prospect. In that case, in order to process this contact request and build a prospect file to track and record contact requests, some personal data are processed :

  • name and surname
  • email address
  • purpose and content of the message
  • History of sent messages

The legal basis of this data processing is your explicit consent which can be withdrawn at any time.

Digitalent is the data controller according to article 4 GDPR because the company defines the means and purposes of data processing.

Entities allowed to access these data are :

  • Digitalent’s CEO (Zakaria SBAI), commercials of Digitalent Consulting and developers of Digitalent Lab depending on the nature of your contact
  • Administrative and judiciary entities when it is mandatory by

These data are stored for the necessary time to achieve the purposes above mentioned up to two years following the last interaction between the prospect and Digitalent.

The history of sent messages can be stored for a 5 years period following the last interaction for evidentiary purposes. In that case, data is archived in a secured database with restrictive access.

B– If you subscribe to our newsletter you can also be qualified as a prospect. In that case, we only collect your email address.

The legal basis of this data processing is your explicit consent which can be withdrawn at any time.

These data are stored and processed until you decide to oppose the sending of the newsletter by withdrawing your consent.

3-  I am a MIA customer :

 

If you subscribe to the MIA solution in Saas or On Premise version, then you are qualified as a customer. When you decide to obtain a license to use Mia on premise, you are not compelled to create an online account. However, if you subscribe to the Saas version of MIA, you need to create an account in order to access the online platform.

Thus, in the frame of the registration and connexion to this account, data collected and processed are :

  • login / password
  • name / surname
  • email address
  • technical connexion data
  • banking data (only if you check the box indicating that you agree to store your credit card).
  • various technical and statistical data related to the use of the account
  • Amount of data implemented

The legal basis of this data processing is your explicit consent when it comes to data specifically related to the registration. This consent can thus be withdrawn at any time.

However, once your account is created, if you subscribe to MIA in Saas, the legal basis of data processing becomes the legal execution of the contract. Thus, you cannot object to the processing of your personal data during the contractual period.

The legal basis of this data processing is the legitimate interest of Digitalent (statistique processing and software maintenance) regarding technical data and metadata related to the use of the account.

These data are stored for the duration of the Saas subscription contract. Some data can nevertheless be stored for a 5 years period following the termination of the contract for

 

evidentiary purposes. In that case, these data are archived in a secured database with restrictive access.

4-  I am an applicant :

If you have filled the spontaneous application form on the site, then you are qualified as an applicant. In order to process these applications, data collected are :

  • name / surname
  • email address
  • Subject and content of the application
  • History of sent messages

The legal basis of that data processing is your explicit consent which can be withdrawn at any time.

Digitalent is the data controller according to article 4 GDPR because the company defines the means and purposes of data processing.

Entities allowed to access these data are :

These data are stored for a two years period following the last interaction between the applicant and Digitalent unless you consent to stay longer in our resume base by ticking the appropriate box (5 years period).

●     Is my data transferred to a third country ?

 

All the personal data collected are located in France, Paris, except data related to audience measurement related cookies for which special security measures have been taken.

Moreover, the MIA solution is hosted by Amazon Web Services. Thus, a risk of data transfer exists but is covered by the security and confidentiality policies of Amazon : https://aws.amazon.com/fr/products/security/

Finally, it may be possible that a transfer of data takes place to the successor of the company Digitalent in the hypothesis of the repurchase of this one in which case it will inform the user by reminding him that he can oppose the continuation of the treatment of his personal data if he wishes it.

 

●     How is my data secured ?

 

We are implementing several security measures : organizational, physical and technical ones. These measures ensure the confidentiality and security of the data processed in accordance with the regulations in force.

●     What are my rights concerning this data processing ?

In that case, once your identity has been verified, all the documents transmitted are immediately deleted. No data is stored.
